تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس وتحليل مستوى التمكين الإيجابي وكفاءة الأداء التشغيلي في القطاع السياحي المغربي خلال عام 2023، مستخدمة منهجية الإحصاء الإيجابي. أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة إيجابية بين مستوى التمكين الإيجابي ومعدل الإشغال، مشددةً على أهمية تبني سياسات تحسينية مدروسة تعتمد على مؤشرات التمكين السياحي لتحقيق استدامة فعلية لقطاع السياحة.
