In a new media achievement, a special interview with Professor Ahmed Jamal Al-Jassar, the inventor of the positive statistics methodology and founder of the Positive Statistics Academy, was published in issue (127) of Ahrar Magazine. This media publication is the first of its kind to shed light on the scientific project "Positive Statistics", which was launched from a new philosophical vision to establish an integrated scientific school in the field of statistical analysis, focusing on measuring improvement and empowerment rather than limiting itself to diagnosing gaps.

Several websites and online newspapers, including the Moroccan online newspaper Biladi News, published a special report on the historic achievement of Dr. Moulay Hanafi Izzat as the world's first certified specialist in positive statistics. This media attention reflects the resonance of the new methodology and its rapid spread, and confirms that the successes of the academy's graduates have become the focus of media attention and researchers at the national and international levels.

A new scientific achievement for the Positive Statistics Academy, as the research paper “Positive Statistics – Published Research Papers” by researcher and creator of the positive statistics methodology, Ahmed Jamal Al-Jassar, was included in the list of the most downloaded research papers (Top Papers) on the global SSRN platform of the Elsevier network, in the Educational Sociology eJournal specialization, which reflects the growing interest in the positive statistics methodology at the international academic level.

The college's Continuing Education Unit organized a workshop on positive statistics, presented by Assistant Lecturer Amal Mohammed Jawad, a faculty member at the college. The workshop covered the definition of positive statistics.

A panel discussion was held at the Statistics and Geographic Information Systems Authority Hall, entitled (Positive Empowerment in the Iraqi Tourism Sector: An Applied Analysis Using the Positive Statistics Methodology for 2023).

The Ministry of Planning, through its Advisor for Statistics and Administrative Development, issued an official letter of appreciation to senior statistician Ahmed Jamal Al-Jassar, the creator of the Positive Statistics methodology and founder of the Academy of Positive Statistics, in recognition of his scholarly contributions to enriching the statistical library through his publications in the field of positive statistics methodology. This institutional recognition reflects the growing role of the methodology in developing national statistical analysis and establishing it as a contemporary research approach focused on understanding empowerment and improvement in development sectors. This step is one of the most prominent official indicators of support for the methodology's dissemination within the academic and statistical environment in Iraq.
